Parvulastra exigua is a small five armed sea star. Note the above has at least eight arms and is more likely M. calcar eight armed or carpet sea star so named due to its colour patterning

I suggested the eight armed sea star, M.calcar, but that would mean 3 arms are hidden in the photo and there does not seem to be enough room.
